Construction
· Durable, epoxy powder-coated metallic exterior casing.
· Heavy-duty Stainless Steel 304 components including the bath, immersion heater, lid, and perforated protective cover.
· Corrosion-resistant polycarbonate magnetic-driven pump assembly.
Performance
· Temperature Range: Ambient +5°C to 99°C.
· Accuracy & Uniformity: Control accuracy within ±0.2°C and thermal uniformity within ±0.5°C.
· Rapid Heating: Corrosion-resistant Stainless Steel 304 sheath immersion heater directly heats water in the bath to reach the set temperature quickly.
· Magnetic Driven Circulation Pump: Efficiently circulates thermal fluid internally for higher temperature uniformity, or transfers fluid to an external closed-loop system at a 13 L/min flow rate and 0.5 bar pressure.

· Easy-to-clean Stainless Steel 304 bath interior.
· Integrated drain port for effortless emptying of the bath fluid.
· Supplied with a flat stainless steel cover to drastically reduce heat loss and fluid evaporation.
· Equipped with a $\varnothing$9 mm hose barb fitting for quick external circulation connectivity.
Safety Systems
· Triple-Layer Over-Temperature Protection:
o Digital Cut-Off: Shuts down the heater and triggers an audio-visual alarm if the temperature rises +2°C above the setpoint.
o Analog Backup: Independent safety cut-off engages if the temperature exceeds 10% above the setpoint.
o Max Temperature Limit: Hard cut-off with an audio-visual alarm if the unit exceeds its absolute maximum temperature limit by +1°C.
· Sensor Disconnection Alarm: Alerts the user immediately if sensor continuity is lost.
· Low Water Level Cut-Off: Prevents dry boiling and protects the immersion elements.
· Electrical Safety: Over-current circuit breaker protection.
