SAFETY

Door Safety & Interlocks

Integrated Door Interlock: A fail-safe mechanical and electronic locking system prevents the door from opening during operation. The lock remains engaged based on high chamber temperature, internal pressure, or in the event of a power failure (Electric Cut-off).

Water Level Protection

Low-Water Safety Cut-off: Automatically shuts off power to the heaters and triggers an audible alarm if water levels are insufficient, preventing dry-boiling and equipment damage.

Triple Over-Temperature Protection

High-Limit Controller: Automatically cuts power to the heater and triggers audio-visual alarms if the temperature exceeds the setpoint by +2°C.

Maximum Temperature Cut-off: Triggers a safety shutdown and audio-visual alarms if the temperature reaches 125.1°C (0.1°C above the 125°C threshold).

Emergency Thermal Cut-Off: An independent analog system provides a final mechanical cut-off, deactivating the heater if the temperature reaches 150°C.

Triple Over-Pressure Protection

Automated Venting (Setpoint-linked): The controller automatically opens the release valve and triggers an audio-visual alarm if the pressure exceeds the corresponding set temperature by +2°C.

Automated Venting (Max Limit): The system force-vents pressure and triggers an alarm if the temperature exceeds 125.1°C.

Mechanical Safety Valve: A heavy-duty mechanical relief valve automatically exhausts steam if the internal pressure exceeds the maximum safety limit of 0.15 MPa.

Monitoring & Manual Overrides
